The Australian Small Scale Offerings Board provides a platform to assist unlisted companies raise capital through the origination, aggregation and sale of their securities. ASSOB utilises the fund-raising provisions of Section 708 of the Corporations Act, 2001 and accords its exemptive relief to companies listed on the Board, allowing them to bring their investment opportunity to the attention of interested investors.
