Our firm has a small number of partners and through our success we'd like to share an opportunity with a promising new business.  We're based in Sydney, NSW but are happy to invest elsewhere.  Myself and the other partners have backgrounds in law and accounting so we are able to assist in establishment, governance and any contract preparation required.
