Dear Investor,

Australian Skill Trades (AST) based in Orange NSW was set up as a small family operation to specialise in the delivery of skilled personnel to meet the shortage in the skill trades industry throughout the region.
Clients in the metal trades, mining, housing, agriculture and civil construction industries are experiencing difficulties in accessing Skilled Labour.

The shortage is Australia wide throughout all industries in particular: Fitting & Machining, Diesel Fitting, Maintenance Fitters, Carpenters, Welding, Electrical Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Geologists, Nursing with the Agriculture labour force near nonexistent and some special industry trades.

The skilled labour shortage has affected many companies across Australia including the farming sector which losers some $300 million a year through the lack of skilled labour. We believe, given that we have 30 years experience dealing with these industries, our business, with a financial injection of funds can evolve into a national multimillion dollar company with high returns on investment.

Our research of the labour market shows an enormous gap in the skilled trades industry and labour market. We are looking for capital investment of $200,000 and possibly professional involvement, but not necessary, to take full advantage of the labour shortage situation giving the business the boost it requires.

There are many recruitment and labour hire agencies out there. But none specialise in the skilled labour market and give personal service to employers and jobseekers? If these agencies were doing their job there would not be such a big shortage in the skilled labour force as is the case today.

We are now looking for a prospective investor for development funds to get the business up and running to its full potential for website data base, travelling, advertising, marketing and the setting up of various sections in the overall plan.

The scope of the business is enormous, which could eventuate into a national company by capitalising on the many avenues of development as compliment branches of the overall business activities plan.

A financial business plan along with a power point presentation has been adopted for the interested investor and available on request.

I look forward with interest to your reply.

Kind Regards,
John Davies
