Air conditioning investment
We are an air conditioning company in Queensland and are looking for investors up to $150,000. The investment proposal offers up to 25% profit share in the company. We currently price residential and commercial installation projects. We have a select list of builders that provide a constant flow of installation projects. We also offer breakdown and maintenance services to customers. The company has an affiliation with several Australian owned manufacturers and also offer a wide selection of unit manufacturers. We currently have several commercial projects that are due to commence in the next three months. We are also researching into introducing a new product range that offers the samecooling effectswithout using a conventional refrigeration process. We believe that this will be an attractive alternative to the residential market, due to the forecast increases in energy costs. We are also working on a product to fit into existing units that will protect the unit from environmental conditions that greatly reduce its lifespan.
