About Messages

Find Angel Investors.com.au has an online private messaging system which allows messages to be sent between users and stored on the server. Contact and Full membership users may send and receive messages. Users with new messages are notified by E-Mail.

Reading Messages:

1. Log in to your Contact or Full membership account.
2. Click on the "Messages" link in the top menu of the site.
3. Click on the Subject of the message to read it in full.
4. Reply to or Delete the message using the buttons on the message view.

Sending Messages:

Messages can be sent to users with listings using the "Send this user a message" link on their profile, accessible on the listing page. Messages are sent in plain text.

1. Log in to your Contact or Full membership account.
2. Go to the listing you'd like to contact the owner of (ensure you've clicked the title of the listing and are in the full listing view)
3. Click the "View user profile" link on the right hand side of the page
4. Click the "Send this user a message link"
5. Type in your subject line and message content
6. Click the "Send Message" button at the bottom of the form and you're done. Your message will now be in that user's inbox and an E-Mail notification will be sent alerting them to a new message.
