We are a newly formed sales and distribution company within the Building & Construction Industry. Our primary range of products is centred on a building’s facade, and most exterior wall/ceiling applications. Our product range extends to secondary industries also such as Signage, Interior Decoration and DIY.

Our directors are well networked within the industry and have major builder, developer, and architect contacts in most major capital cities.

Our business philosophy is currently not centred on holding stock. Whilst this is not an immediate requirement, we will consider future options also from investors/companies whom have access to logistics and warehousing and are within the building supply industry.

We currently have orders pending to the value of $500,000+. These orders vary from one large order of $270,000+ to orders averaging $30,000-$90,000.

Specifications and further pending orders >$200,000+ are also in the pipeline within the next few months.

Investors are sought for short-term finance between 30-120 days. Amounts of investment would vary with each order, but between ranges as indicated above. We are offering an above market percentage return for one-offs or continual, "per order" funding.

The current market is such that our products have accelerated in sales quite rapidly, due to several clear advantages over competitors. 

This has resulted in achieving our self-funded investment limit in only 5-6 months of operation.

This has also restricted us from launching new and further product lines/technologies with equal and further potential.
