The Company has developed particular expertise in the area of audio and video restoration and remastering that has significant and demonstrated potential for commercial success in both business to business and business to consumer markets.

Remasters has developed software and associated hardware that makes possible the restoration and remastering of analog media such as LP vinyl records, audio cassettes or video tape (either Beta or VHS format) to digital media without loss of quality and, in many cases, with enhanced quality due to the repair of, for example, scratches on records as part of the remastering process.
The target markets for Remasters technology include:
• Consumers with analog media who wish to convert to digital format without loss of quality.
• Consumers with damaged analog media that they wish to have repaired and converted to digital media to prevent loss of amenity.
• Businesses (such as television stations, production houses, motion picture studios, advertising agencies etc.) with a library of analog media that they wish to convert to digital format without loss of quality.
• Organisations such as archives, museums, industry associations and community groups with a library of analog media that they wish to convert to digital format to permit both display for consumers and stakeholder groups and to prevent long term loss of amenity.

The recent changes to Australian copyright legislation will serve to accelerate the pace of change towards the overwhelming use of digital media and, ironically, will enhance the need for the process, service and product made possible by Remasters.

After 3 years of testing the market in Southern Tasmania we are now ready to launch Australia Wide. Since making our product commercially available in Southern Tasmania our sales have grown from $80,000 in the first year to $240000 last year an increase of over 250% (With Southern Tasmania’s population of approx 240000 it’s not difficult to see the potential for mainland sales).

We require funding of $500K to take us to the next level We will sell company shares in multiples of 1 at $25000each (5%share equaling $25k) so we have a maximum 50% stake for sale any investor would also be given first option on further shares as they become available.
