8 acre site, currently utilised as tourist accommodation with six luxury cabins and manager's residence, has planning approval for 17 lot subdivision and currently valued (August 2009) on 'as is' basis at $1.75m  and 'on completion' at almost $4m, with $800K pre-sales already contracted.

Seeking finance to complete the development work up to approx $500K.    

Offering a 20% - 30% share in the development with return from ongoing sale of buildings and vacant lots, or prepared to negotiate full or part cash repayment on granting of titles.

Estimated time to completion: third quarter 2011.
